Ideally located in rural Fylde, yet only 3 miles from the Bright lights of Blackpool, 2.5 miles from the boutiques, restaurants and wine bars of Leafy Lytham, and 3 miles from the Victorian town of St Annes, famously known for its world Championship Golf course.Whether you are touring in your motorhome, campervan or with your caravan, our new touring park opened in May 2015 with its large fully serviced pitches has the five star facilities you will want to return to time and time again.
Pipers Height & Clifton Fields sit either side of the new touring park. These parks are home to our holiday home owners. Whilst visiting our park why not view our superb range of new and used holiday homes and lodges for sale. Our family run caravan parks provide the perfect base for those looking for a relaxing break away or families wishing to enjoy all the facilities, entertainment and services the area has to offer.

Our touring Park is suitable for caravans, motorhomes and campervans. Our super pitches are large with 16 amp electric, water and grey waste points. Our new amenities block with 5 star facilities includes under floor heating. On site we have a brand new laundrette, childrens playground, reception, sales office and a well stocked shop. Bank Holidays are a minimum of a 3 night stay. A maximum of 2 dogs are welcome but must be kept on a lead.
Check in time is after 2.00 pm and departure is before 12.00 noon. Late arrivals will be welcome up to 7pm.
Strictly no commercial or mini bus type vehicles allowed on park, you will be refused admission if you arrive on site with any of these vehicles. Only British made coach built caravans and motorhomes allowed. Please call our reception team before booking if you are unsure
